In order to ensure the timely delivery of domestic and foreign orders, the annual total production task was dispersed to four production bases, including the Urumqi Boshiran production workshop that was put into operation in July.

After more than ten years of development, four production bases have been built in southern and northern Xinjiang, with more than 30 models of products, covering Xinjiang forage harvesting, forestry and fruit industry, grain crops, special economic crops and other fields, and large and small agricultural machinery with full mechanization of plowing, planting, management and harvesting.

As a leading enterprise in the agricultural machinery industry, Boshiran Company has continuously expanded its industrial chain to meet the high-standard market requirements and launched two new grain harvester products, 7850 and 7814. Among them, the 7850 large single longitudinal axial flow grain combine harvester with a feed capacity of 18 kg has a power of 400 horsepower. By replacing the header, it can harvest more than a dozen crops such as corn grains, soybeans, barley, wheat, and rapeseed. The launch of this product has greatly improved the company's entire industrial chain. This year, the new product has been put into mass production.

Miao Xufeng, director of the Planning and Material Control Department, said: "So far, the product base of Wusu Factory has increased by 30% compared with last year, mainly concentrated in cotton pickers, silage harvesters, and other small agricultural machinery products. Among the material procurement, only the picking heads are estimated to be 1,700.

In addition to the full-load production of cotton pickers, silage harvesters and other small agricultural machinery products of Wusu Factory, Shaya Factory and Alaer Factory are responsible for the production of different types of cotton pickers, and Urumqi Factory is responsible for the production and assembly of batch grain harvester products. At present, all four production bases in Xinjiang have been put into operation. The product production base has increased, and the intelligent operation capacity is still improving. The orders can not only meet the needs of the domestic market, but also the international market is constantly expanding. The four-row box-type cotton picker and the six-row self-propelled round bale baling cotton harvester are exported to many neighboring countries. Not only that, new product categories have been added to the large-scale export products this year, which has continuously improved the comprehensive strength of the enterprise.
